Experience a monthly sound journey aligned with the New or Full Moon. Each session works with carefully chosen instruments, materials—wood, metal, stone, water— and rituals matched to the lunar cycle and zodiac symbolism as a framework for reflection.

These sessions offer space to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect through sound, rhythm, and rest.

A sound bath gently shifts your brainwaves from active Beta/Gamma states into deep Theta/Delta states of relaxation, helping body and mind release tension, stress, and emotional blockages. Because our bodies are mostly water, sound vibrations move easily through us, supporting self-healing and restoring balance.
