About the event
Surrender yourself in a magical Sound journey where you will be guided into a meditative state to relax, release and heal.
A safe space is created where you will be enjoying the healing sounds from Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls made from pure quartz crystal and blended with the finest gemstones, semi precious stones and precious metals that have certain healing properties. Each bowl is unique and brings a specific sound, vibration and activation. These will be combined with Tibetan bowls, Handpan, Gong and many more instruments.
When receiving a Sound bath you are guided from Beta/Gamma brain waves (awake, active state) to Theta/Delta brain waves (relaxing, sleeping state). This allows your body and mind to release tension and emotions that are holding you back. As our bodies consists of almost 75% water which makes it a great conductor for sound vibrations, these sounds will guide you to whatever is needed for you at that moment.
Benefits from a Sound bath:
- Experience peace and rest in your body
- Lowers stress, anxiety, depression, tension and pain
- Activates self healing within the body
- Removes emotional blockages
- Deepens the connection with your intuition
- Increases awareness and mental clarity
We start the ceremony with a short meditation and intention setting. Afterwards there is time to share and reflect.
Wear something comfortable and warm as you will be lying down during the session. There will be yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows for comfort. You can bring anything additional if needed.
